She works with you to get pre approved for what you are looking for and what fits your budget. She was always available over phone, text, and email. She kept us updated as things were progressing and answered all my questions. She worked her magic to give us as much of a low rate as we could possible get. The loan documents were very transparent and broke down all the costs. Took the time to ensure we understood the process and timelines. Turned around pre-qualification same day as we found the home we wanted prior to prequal, so Jennifer turned it around extremely quickly. They are as responsive and diligent as you are! After my experience with 2 other institutions, I would fly across the country to have Jennifer Roblee & Mariss Perez service my mortgage again. I will recommend these 2 women to anyone in need of help. Words do not describe the job they did for me & my family. Most people don't have as many experiences with other institutions to compare to as we do. That's why I can say how great they are & how grateful we are to have been taken care of by them.
